Terms and conditions for the provision of services by CoinClick

The parties to this agreement are the CoinClick website that performs the exchange of electronic currencies, hereinafter referred to as the Service, and persons who use the services of the Currency Exchange Service, hereinafter referred to as Users.

USING ANY CoinClick SERVICE MEANS THAT THE USER ACCEPTS ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IT DESCRIBES THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER WHEN USING THE SERVICES OF THE SERVICE. YOU SHOULD READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY.:

Application payment rules

1. Pay for the application STRICTLY with the card of the specified bank! Otherwise, you risk losing your funds!
2. Pay for the application STRICTLY from your personal card or wallet!
3. Funds must be transferred in full in ONE PAYMENT! As an integer, without a fractional part. For example, if the amount is 33050.74, the transfer amount is 33050
4. After payment, attach the receipt (pdf, jpg, png)! The full name and number of the card or account in the application and receipt must match!
5. You must pay for your application strictly within the time specified by the operator in the chat.
   • For each new application, different payment details can be used, which were given to you by the operator in the chat. Please be careful and check the banking details before making the payment. 6. ALL INCOMING CRYPTO ASSET TRANSACTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO AML VERIFICATION!
7. IF THE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, IDENTITY VERIFICATION WILL BE REQUESTED, AND FUNDS WILL BE FROZEN INDEFINITELY!

Terms of use of the Service

1. You guarantee that by registering an account or using the services of the Service as an individual (we do not accept payments from sole proprietors, LLC, JSC, etc.), you have reached the age of 18 and are fully capable and competent to accept and comply with these Terms. Persons under the age of 18 can access and view the Website, but cannot order Services. The Service may require you to provide proof of your age at any time.
2. Creating an application for the exchange of electronic money (currencies)you confirm that they were obtained legally.
3. You agree that the request you have made is mandatory and cannot be changed after sending a request for its execution. Refund requests will only be satisfied for verified users and only if the Service has not yet fulfilled its obligations. The funds will be returned to the user's account after deducting 2% for the Service commission (if CRYPTOCURRENCY) and 10% commission (if FIAT).
   • If the market rate changes by 0.1% or more, before the transaction receives the required number of confirmations, the exchange service has the right to refund your funds or proceed the application based on the current market rate
4. Ones the service fulfills its obligations and funds are credited to the User's account, the transaction is considered as completed and cannot be canceled or reviewerd.You agree that all orders must be processed by CoinClick payment., which in itself does not mean accepting a CoinClick order.
5. All applications submitted by you will be considered an offer made by you to purchase your chosen virtual currencies in the amount specified in your order upon acceptance of these Terms of Use.
6. CoinClick has the right to reject, terminate, cancel or modify your order in whole or in part for any reason, even after the order has been confirmed and paid for by you, with or without notice, and we are not responsible to any party for such termination or cancellation.
7. After filling out the application form, you can change it or cancel it only if you have not clicked the 'Create Application' button.
8. You must pay for the application within 15 minutes after creation! When paying after 15 minutes, full verification of the cardholder's identity will be requested!
9. After issuing the banking details, a timer starts for 15 minutes, during which you are required to make the payment and upload the transaction receipt.; in case of violation of this deadline — when paying or uploading a receipt after the end of the timer — the details will be canceled, the funds may be irretrievably lost, and the service is not responsible for the consequences of non-compliance with the terms.
   • Payments to bank cards are made using a payment service and can take from 10 to 240 minutes. In rare cases, 24 - 72 hours!
   • Payments to bank cards can be made in installments.
10. If the funds are credited to the Service's accounts after the cancellation of your application, the funds will be returned to you after charging the fees and transfer costs.
11. Users must provide us with the correct account number and other information. All transfers to incorrect banking details,that user specified by himself are irreversible.
    • The user is given 21 days during which he must contact us from the email address specified by him when creating the application. This is necessary to provide all the necessary information requested by the service. Otherwise, your funds will be frozen and non-refundable!
12. If the order is rejected, terminated or cancelled by the Service, any payment you make for the order will be refunded. The Service reserves the right to limit your order or the number of your requests.
13. We reserve the right to refuse to provide services to certain individuals or legal entities at our sole discretion, with or without reason.
    • The Service reserves the right to selectively verify users before making an exchange on the site. We emphasize that this procedure is optional: each client has the right to refuse it without consequences. In turn, the service has every right to refuse to provide services.
14. We reserve the right to report any fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.
15. If the User is unable to transfer funds in the exact amount specified in the order, minus all fees, the Service may, at its discretion:
    • a) reduce the order to the amount of funds received;
    • b) create a new order for the net amount of funds received at the exchange rate in effect at the time of entering the new order;
    • c) cancel the order as indicated, and charge all commissions.
16. If the User transfers more funds than is necessary to complete the order, after deducting all fees, the Service may, at its discretion:
    • a) adjust the order according to the exact amount of funds received;
    • b) create a new order for the amount of excess funds received at the exchange rate in effect at the time of creating the new order;
    • c) return the excess funds received to the User funds, and charge all fees.

Money transfers are final and irreversible, except in the following cases:, stipulated by the conditions.

17. We recommend that our Users provide a valid phone number where the Service staff can contact you if they have any additional questions. We reserve the right to cancel pending orders if we are unable to contact you regarding a disputed order.
    • Dear users, when creating an application, we strongly recommend that you specify the current email address to which you have access. When considering controversial issues regarding your application, we will definitely request all the data that is sent to you by letter from our service, this mail contains all the details regarding your application. We are ready to provide you with all the necessary information to resolve any questions you may have. But if you do not have access to mail and you cannot provide us with information about your application, we will not be able to help you with your questions, this is very important, please take this point as seriously as possible.
18. The Service is not responsible for delays or failures in the transmission, receipt or execution of orders, money transfers, payments or information due to events or systems beyond its control. The owners, employees, agents, or affiliates of the Service are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any event or system beyond its control.
    • The exchange office may request all required documents to confirm your payment, including a receipt, a PDF statement, and a video recording from your bank account.
    • Resolving payment disputes - from 10:00 to 22:00 Moscow time
19. If the Funds have been received by service from the other people, we will reject your order directly.
20. The User is responsible for protecting the User's passphrase. In case of loss or misuse of the Passphrase by the User, the Service disclaims all responsibility for such loss.
21. The User is solely responsible for providing reliable and accurate information necessary to fulfill orders.

We may, at our sole discretion, modify, modify, add or remove any terms and conditions of these Terms and/or Services at any time without prior written notice. In the event of any significant changes to the Terms, we will make reasonable efforts to post a clear notice of the Services and/or attempt to send you an email (to the extent that you have provided us with such an email address) regarding such a change. Responsibility

1. If illegal actions are committed against the User by third parties, the Service is not responsible for losses or damages.
2. The Service is not responsible if the application has been postponed or has not been implemented by the bank or the payment systems that the User specified in his application. In case of an error on the part of the bank or the payment system, the User agrees to send claims to the appropriate bank or system. The Service undertakes to support the User's claims by providing relevant documents.
3. The Service is not responsible for delays or failures in the transmission, receipt or execution of orders, money transfers, payments or information due to events or systems beyond its control. The owners, employees, agents, or affiliates of the Service are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any event or system beyond its control.
4. The User cannot harm the Service through illegal actions such as hacking the database, fraudulent actions, spreading viruses, or posting third-party materials on the Service. You also cannot encourage actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Service or at fraudulent actions against Users. You may not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or the servers or networks hosting the Service, or fail to comply with any laws, rules, requirements, procedures, or policies of such servers or networks.
5. You must promptly notify the Service administration of changes to your credentials such as email address and phone number. You can do this in your Account by changing the previously specified data. In case of late data correction, the Service is not responsible for the negative consequences of your failure to receive timely notifications and security codes.
6. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, hacking, or password theft, you should contact the administration immediately.
7. The user does not have the right to use services that allow them to hide their geographical location. At the request of the administration, you must inform about your location, otherwise your actions may be regarded as suspicious. The Service may, at its discretion, reject the request, fail to comply with it, or block the User's account.
8. The Service disclaims responsibility if the User visits services or social networks that mimic the address of our service and social media accounts. If fake sites or pages are found, please inform the Service administrators.
9. If the User refuses to provide additional information or documents, the Service administrator has the right to block the transaction or account until the circumstances are clarified.
10. Our Service undertakes to provide exchange services within a reasonable time and in full, in accordance with these Terms of Use.
11. The Service undertakes to provide Users with reliable and timely information about changes in the terms of use or payment methods or the amount of commissions. For your convenience, the amount of the commission is indicated when making an application.

Data usage

The Service may collect personal or non-personal information or data, including, but not limited to, web analytics and data analysis, cookies, tracking technologies when you voluntarily provide information, or any other technologies. The information that you send to us through the Website is considered to have been collected by us with your permission. Such information may include, but is not limited to, your full name, contact phone numbers, email addresses, home and/or business addresses, date of birth, identification number and banking details, as well as any other information necessary to provide our services.

We will only be able to collect your personal information if you voluntarily provide it to us. If you decide not to provide us with your personal information or subsequently withdraw your consent to our use of your personal information, we will not use it.
